This course seeks to enrich students with a repertoire of theories and concepts related to the diverse orientations to learning. The knowledge and understanding of these theories will therefore provide teachers with a set of principles as guidelines for decision-making. The purpose is also to give an awareness of the factors that affect learning so that the teacher’s approach to classroom management can be appropriately tailored.
